Description of mobile mixing tower

1. Hot aggregate bin

Bin is thermal insulated by 50mm rockwool, outside wall is covered by  color galvanized steel plate, which could preserve hot aggregate temperature within hours against heat loss.

In each bin, there is continuous type material level indicator, which could give a realtime level indication of all material inside bin. Also, in each hot aggregate bin, check hole and overflow pipeline are set for real time monitoring and removing excessive aggregate of certain size .

Being kept in 4 bins and 1 through bin, capacity of bins is 25T.

2, Metering Part

The hot aggregate powder bins adopts arc unloading door, double-stroke cylinder forward, it can adjust secondary calculation of rough-first & fine-second separately, to reach the max accuracy of the material calculation.

The stored aggregate powder as the proportion will send to the metering hopper, the hopper had an electronic sensor, two unloading doors are driven by cylinders separately, and heavy lip is easy for maintenance.

The asphalt metering hopper had the heat preservation layer, to thermal oil heating and heat preservation, after secondary calculation, asphalt through a spraying pipe crossing the full mixing tank to spray into the mixing tank by the bolt pump evenly.

The mineral powder or reclaimed powder come from the transient bins should into the V powder metering hopper by every pneumatic butterfly valve, and the pneumatic butterfly valve mounts at the outlet of the powder hopper, to ensure no leakage in powder calculation.

Three groups as Aggregate powder, fine material and asphalt in the metering system is individually with metering sensor; the moving node bearing used for the metering sensor is to improve metering accuracy.

Metering capacity of aggregate powder: 2000 k

Metering capacity of fine material: 300kg

Metering capacity of asphalt: 300 kg
