1. Original pavement heating(1st layer heating)

2. Original pavement milling(1st layer milling)

Mixing: Rear miller fully mixes the pavement mixture and additive

After milling: old bank over 100

3. Road trough heating(2nd layer heating)

Heated by the heater with a channel

Base trought temperature after heating: over 180

2cm thickness rapid temperature increasing and softening

Mixed finished mixture temperature is over 140

Before paving the bonding layer will be heated to 90 , realizing “hot bonding”
