QLB-2000 Model Batch Asphalt Plant includes: 

Cold aggregate bin adopts three-hopper-integral type, each bin has inlet separated screen for rough & waste materials, operation platform and material shortage alarm device, with two wall vibrators.

Cold aggregate powder hopper: 5pcs

Volume (each hopper): 10m3

Feeding width: 3.6m

Feeding height: 2.75m

 

1, Supply system of cold aggregate powder

Cold aggregate bin adopts three-hopper-integral type, each bin has inlet separated screen for rough & waste materials, operation platform and material shortage alarm device, with two wall vibrators.

 

 

1.1 Material shortage alarm device:

When the conveying volume of cold hopper is lower than limit value or suddenly the signal will be sent to the control room rapidly and appeared on computer interface in order to solve the problem in time.

 

1.2 Wall vibrator: 2 pcs

When sand material and aggregate can not flow fluently because of damp condition, operator should choose manual vibration type or automatic delayed vibration type.

1.3 Feeding belt

Feeder uses wearable and long life skirt-hem belt, stepless speed adjusted by , to ensure the ratio balance of aggregate supplying.

Conveying(feeding) capacity 100t/h

Belt length: 3200mm

 

1.4 Collective conveyer

Adopt seamless high tenacity rubber belt and antiskid and rubber coating driven roller. Sweepers are mounted on both ends of belt, and lower roller adopts anti seize structure to ensure good working condition.

Belt width: 650 mm

Conveying capacity: 180t/h

Drive: cycloid speed reducer BWD13-17-7.5

Power: 7.5kw

 

1.5 Feeding belt

Adopt seamless high tenacity rubber belt and antiskid and rubber coating driven roller. Sweepers are mounted on both ends of belt, and lower roller adopts anti seize structure to ensure good working condition.

Belt width: 650 mm

Conveying capacity: 180t/h

Drive: cycloid speed reducer BWD13-17-7.5

Power 5.5kw

Safe guard device are mounted on both sides of belt conveyor to keep safe.
