1. Construction process
Multi-step asphalt road surface hot-in-place recycling regeneration unit, independently researched and developed by Wuxi Xitong Chuangfei Highway Equipment Co., Ltd, composed of two heating units, one milling unit for original road pavement, one channel heating unit, one channel milling unit, one two-layer heating unit and one lifting remixer, which are totally 7 vehicles, matched with a paver, various rollers and several dumpers to operate the hot in-place work.

. Original road surface heating(first layer heating)
. Milling and planing of original pavement (first layer milling)
Heater unit tightly follows the original pavement miller, heating plate at the front of the miller continuously reheats the original pavement, to make the heat further penetrate and soften the pavement and then carry on the first layer milling. The unit divides into left, middle and right 3 milling parts, using rotary drum type scarifying milling device, with screw-typed milling tool bit, which possesses scarifying and collecting functions. Milling depth and width can be controlled and adjusted automatically. Milling depth controls at about 2.5cm. First, side milling device scarifies and mills each 1/3 area of road mixture at both sides of recycled lane, and collects those mixture to the rest 1/3 non-milling pavement, back milling device goes on scarifying and milling the left pavement, then a bank width of which around 50cm will be automatically created. Now the bank temperature is over 120, road trough temperature exceeds 100.
. Road trough heating(second layer heating)
Reheat the road trough heaped with bank in the middle by using a channel heater, bank goes through from the channel set in the middle of the heater, after heating, the pavement temp. controls around 160-170.
