Steps for setting of control system for batch type asphlt mixign machinery
Before mixing, it is required to set the following formula parameters.
After the feeders started, click the symbol of feeders, enter the monitoring menu (see the following figure). The feeding amount of each feeder could be adjusted singly in the computer. You could correct the feeding amount of each feeder on its symbol with the mouse. In addition, you could also adjust the five feeders at the same time. On the next figure, there is two symbols of ‘+’ and ‘-’, click them one time is to adjust their gross one time according to the preseted percentage.
. Revise the weighing meter CB920
When install CB920 for the first time, or some parts of the weighing system have been changed, or there is excursion observed, it is needed to check and adjust.
Preparation
Preset the function parameters according to request.
Process
Press ‘ENTER’ and do not release, then, press ‘TARE’ for 2 seconds, when the display shows ‘CAL’, you can set the parameters.
Zero adjustment
Zero adjustment 1:If the zero needs no adjustment, and accords to the state of last time, press ‘TARE’ to ignore.
Zero adjustment 2:If ‘ERROR’ appears on the display, press ‘MODE’ to carry out the adjustment.
Span adjustment
Span adjustment 1: After zero adjustment, if there is no error, the display will show ‘SPAN’. If the span need not to be changed, press the key ‘ENTER’ and return.
Span adjustment 2:Put the standard poise, whose weight equals to the maximum of the scale, to the weighbridge. Use ‘ZERO’ or ‘TARE’ to set the reading on display as the weight of poise added. Press ‘MODE’ to finish span adjustment.
. Finished product elevation control
QLB series asphalt plant can match the optional finished product storage hoppers. Convey the finished product to the hoppers with feeding trolley. The trolley has two operation modes of manual and automatic, and the manual mode is used mainly for debugging. It interlocks with the door of mixer during automation.
