Pitch smoke pollution prevention

1, during normal production of the plant, pitch gas flowing is most severe when finished mixing mixture loading.

Both sides of the channel needed for feeding truck loading of this set of environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plant will be closed, closed length is enough for feeding truck shifting and loading; each side equipped with a fast lifting gate, which can sense the vehicle access, automatic opening and closing , convenient for feeding trolley in and out.

Top of the channel is tapered, the highest position and taper top of the finished product silo is connected; flue gas collection pipes installed at the upper end of the cone, when loading asphalt fumes will be float upward, can be collected by the limited amount of air volume. It can effectively eliminate the problems of the flue gas flowing when discharging.

2, In the asphalt tank, unloading tank, asphalt weighing barrel and other parts which flowing the asphalt smoke are equipped with special pipe for collection of asphalt smoke.

3, all collected asphalt fumes were sent to asphalt fume purification machine for processing.

Asphalt gas treated by plasma will be absorbed by the active carbon, purified gas will be burn in the dryer transported through the main burner , purification rate ≥99%.
