Introduction of Technical characteristics of XITONG brand ZSLQ series recycled asphalt mixing plant
 

working principle of XITONG asphalt recycling plant is planing old asphalt mixture from aging asphalt pavements, then after screening,heating and storing, and adding certain  ratio of mixture into the mixing tank for stirring with the original virgin materials to produce high-quality asphalt mixtures.

Cold feeder

Cold feeding system is composed of 2 separate hoppers with 9m³ capacity for each, there is empty alarm and isolation fence against oversize mixture, vibrator is fixed at wall of hopper, arch breaking device with special structure is equipped for smooth conveying of material.

Feeding quantity of feeder are controlled through frequency control and hopper-gate –opening-angle. Flange type belt is equipped against mixture overflow. System has empty detection and alarm device, to give warning and notice through signal and warning light.

Feeding belt conveyor

Feeding belt conveyor is fixed with scraper and emergency pull switch. In order to prevent oversize recycled mixture from entering, a set of cold material vibration screen are set for removing big size material and sundries.

Heating system and burner

Heating system adopts cocurrent flow type heating method, Flexible blade transmission structure inside dryer full utilizes heat energy as well as ensuring heated recycled mixture won’t adhere to inner wall and blade. Exhaust temperature monitoring is strictly carried out against asphalt aging on aggregate. Burner is Italia brand which is using compressed air for atomization and generating special flame, fuel is optional for either diesel or mazut. Adopt imported infrared thermometer for monitoring temperature of reclaimed material drying and heating, which is controlled within ±5°C.
