A. Summarization
There are two filler supply systems, which deliver filler and lime filler.
. Filler supply system
filler: storage hopper → screw conveyor → buckets elevator → transion hopper → ration conveyor → screw conveyor → weighing hopper
On the outlet of the last screw conveyor installed a pneumatic butterfly valve, which controls the quantity.
. Lime filler supply system.
lime filler: baghouse → screw conveyor → buckets elevator → transion hopper → ration conveyor → screw conveyor → weighing hopper.
Important hint
If the filler contains great mud, or the asphalt mixture is used for highway construction, had better not use the filler. Otherwise, it will influence the quality of asphalt concrete.
B. Filler storage hopper
On the top of filler hopper, there is a exhaust with inner bag, which used for separating filler form air when adding filler. The bag in exhaust needs to be cleared up termly.
On the underside cone of hopper installed an anti-arch air spring made by WAM, which keeps filler discharging freely. The air pressure enters the air spring should be no more than 0.2 Mpa.
There is a manual butterfly valve on the hopper-discharging door, which used for adjusting filler flux.
