cause:The site of friction trunnion is wrong or splay with another one, forcing the surface of tire uneven.

elimination:Adjust the trunnion and arrange professional to mill the tire surface.

. fault:Trunnion surface is severely worn out.

cause:The angle of trunnion is wrong, which brings friction between the surfaces of trunnion and tire.

elimination:Adjust angle of trunnion or replace it if abrasion is too severe.

. fault:Flitch is falling of or the drum is distorted.

cause:Weld is not firm or burner nozzle is deflected.

elimination:Check and weld anew, adjust the burner nozzle angle.
