Description for aspahlt heating system and storage system

1.0 Asphalt heating and storage system 

It is for storage and heating asphalt. Equipped with heat transfer oil furnace, asphalt high temperature tank, dump tank, asphalt pump and pipeline, valve, flange, and so on.

1.1 Heat transfer oil furnace

Heat transfer oil furnace adopts integrated type, furnace body, burner, hot oil pump, high level expansion tank, low level oil storage tank and operation cabinet are all installed on one steel frame chassis for convenient installation and transportation. Use imported fully auto burner to heat. Control system of boiler adopts auto control which can realize fully auto monitoring and operation for temperature, hot oil circulation, oil level, oil pressure; the burner will stop when alarm is given.

1.2 Horizontal asphalt high temperature tank

High temperature storage tank is horizontal cylinder type, pipe coil is installed inside it, heated by thermo oil, equipped with ladder, exhaust pipe, man-hole, floating level meter and bimetal thermometer. Covered with colored steel plate, storage tank adopts rock-wool to keep temperature. Asphalt pipeline has control valve.

1.3 Asphalt reception tank

For asphalt reception from dump trucks, there is pipe coil installing inside it, heated by heat transfer oil.

Capacity: 2 m³

1.4 Asphalt pump

1 asphalt pumps are used on dump tank, sending asphalt to relative storage tank; another conveys the asphalt from storage tank to asphalt weighing tank through pneumatic heat preservation three-way valve.

2.0 Finished product storage bin

System includes: conveying trolley, guide rail, heat preservation mixture bin with level indicator, sliding type top cover, electric air cylinder discharging door, electric heating and heat preservation discharging door and winch with brake. Rock-wool heat preservation layer is fixed on outside wall of storage bin, which is covered with strip type color plate. Waste bin is also equipped.

Finished product bin is not suitable for storing asphalt mixture for long time, but only for buffering, temperature drops≤5 in 12 hours , do not store over 24 hours.
