Advantage of mobility 

Based on advanced idea of full mobility of asphalt mixing plant, working sites could be chosen flexibly and with efficiency. The plant could be installed or dismantled within very short time and is therefore quickly available for transfering working sites.

Mixer up to 2000KG is used for the available capacities with mixing capacity up to 160 ton per hour, which enables aspahlt product to be mixed homogeneously and produced not only in large volumes but also in a small quantity batches.

Thermal insulation

Select of fuel

Beside diesel, the burner could either use  heavy oil or LPG as fuel on both drum dryer and asphalt heating boiler, providing a variety of options while saving fuel cost.

Composed of seven semi-trailer mounted units, mobile asphalt plants are allowed by authorities to be transported worldwide by road 

Designed to be driven on road via semi-trailer, all mobile units have braking system,before leaving factory,reflecting markings would be posted on, lighting test,turning tes and backing test should be carried out by authority before driving license are given for safety reason.
