3.0 Installation and training for reclaim asphalt mixing plant

The seller should provide one copy of the relevant technical document, plane configuration layout, basic diagram, and static force count of found related to RAP recycled asphalt mixing equipment to the buyer in one month after the order became effective, and send technicians to assist the buyer at the field basic configuration.

Technicians sent by the seller are responsible for technical mount, trail-run of the full equipment, and field train the relevant operators and maintenance operators of the buyer, technicians should come back after the technician of the buyer will operate the equipment separately.

10.0 Company’s commitment

The RAP product quality “Three guarantee period” is one year, if equipment has some trouble during the quality assurance period, the maintenance operator(s) should come to the site after informed by the buyer to settle all troubles occurred by equipment or other cause free of charge.

Product will have long life paid service after the quality assurance period, and free of engineering service fee.

The below conditions are excluded in the warranty

• Wearable part over using life
• Uncordant oil was used to break the oil pump
• Maintenance on time according to the operation manual is undone resulting in parts damaged.

11.0 The followings are excluded in the supply scope

• All built-in fittings, reinforcing steel bars, fixed anchors, etc included in the foundation;
• The hoisting for mount and unloading, falsework and operation platform, including necessary protective installations for proof bad weather (strong wind, storm or snow, etc.);
• The power lines from transformer to mixer and its attachment;
• Electric & gas welding equipment and its material;
• The field requirement “three-supplies and one leveled” must be arranged well before the equipment reaching to the job site.
