1, Mixing tank

The double vortex mixing tank will reach to a optimum mixing effect, mixing arm, blade and lining are made of special anti-frication cast steel, all linings are bolted outside of the tank, easy for maintenance and change, the flexible connector is mounted between the drive system and the mixing shaft, to prevent unexpected damage. Every connector is fixed by two sets of bearings, and two connectors are synchronizing operation by the oil bathing gear wheel. Full open arch discharging door can discharge finished material rapidly, so it can shorten the mixing time.
