After-sale service of mobile type asphalt plant

1.0 Installation and training

The seller should provide one copy of the relevant technical document, plane configuration layout, basic diagram, and static force count of found related to equipment to the buyer in one month after the order became effective, and send technicians to assist the buyer at the field basic configuration.

Technicians sent by the seller are responsible for technical mount, trail-run of the full equipment, and field train the relevant operators and maintenance operators of the buyer, technicians should come back after the technician of the buyer will operate the equipment separately. And lifelong technical service would provide once the equipment has been installed.

2.0 Company’s commitment

The product quality “Three guarantee period” is one year, if equipment has some trouble during the quality assurance period, the maintenance operator(s) should come to the site after informed by the buyer to settle all troubles occurred by equipment or other cause free of charge.

The product will have life-long  paid service after the quality assurance period, and

free of engineering service fee.

Vehicle chassis are specially made by professtional Automobile Manufacturers according to our design and drawing, adopting heavy duty steel plate and highly abrasive famous brand rubber tyre, which provides exllent performance.
