A. Constitution and function of the system

1, Ignition and temperature control unit: The ignition of burner introduce self-governed controlling program. Use the far-infrared sensor and SDC30 controller to accomplish automatic temperature control.

2, The upper computer-supervising unit: It governs the work of each unit through central control unit, and provides operational man-machine conversation menu to user, and stores cold-and-hot aggregate ration list. Accept and send every instruction. Give alarms and cues of outer abnormality, statistic data of production to operator. Print report forms and store data.

3,  Control units for accessorial equipments: Use AD module of the programmable controller (PLC) to carry out displaying weight, temperature, current and work of transducers etc. Use the I/O module to carry out collecting of the exterior signals and controlling of the outer units.

4, Power control system: The power control system mainly contains lower-volt electric instruments (air-break switch, AC contactor, relay, and thermal relay etc), soft-starter, transducer etc. It mostly governs all the electromotor; air cylinders air valves etc in asphalt plant.

5,  Give alerts and cues.

6, Each branch establishes feedback protection for turnoff.
