1, The main pollution of construction projects
Currently in the domestic use of asphalt mixing plant widespread pollution has three main parts, dust pollution caused by aggregate, the second is smoke pollution caused by asphalt volatilization after high temperature, the third is harmful gas pollution due to nonstandard fuels.
Second, introdution of asphalt fume pollution
We know that in the asphalt production process, asphalt is needed to be heated to a temperature of 150-160 , but this time it will generate a lot of asphalt fumes, BaP, NMHC and other substances, and mostly carcinogenic.
In the asphalt mixing plant, asphalt during unloading and heating air hole in the tank will produce asphalt fumes. It is particularly serious when the mixing tank and the storage bin (if any) discharge as it will generate a lot of asphalt fumes. “Integrated emission standard of air pollutants “(GB16297-1996) stipulated the asphalt fume emission standard: no obvious unorganized emissions presence of any production equipments. The current status of most domestic asphalt mixing plants was that they did not take effective tobacco control measures (also there may be no good measures to adopt), asphalt fumes are all unorganized emissions. Because asphalt fume unorganized emission and mixing tank discharge is intermittent discharge, the current concentration of asphalt fume emission concentration and rate can not be accurately measured.
