240Ton smoke-free asphalt mixing equipment activated carbon filtering against pollution
Descrition of dust control for asphalt mixing equipment
General design plan
1, The main pollution of construction projects
Currently in the domestic use of asphalt mixing plant widespread pollution has three main parts, dust pollution caused by aggregate, the second is smoke pollution caused by asphalt volatilization after high temperature, the third is harmful gas pollution due to nonstandard fuels.
First, dust pollution
At present, there are no national specific standards for the aggregate used in domestic road construction, excessive dust content of aggregate is a widespread problem, increasing the difficulty of controlling dust pollution.
Asphalt mixing plant dust emission divided into organized and unorganized emissions. Organized emission refers that the dust and fume generated when heating the aggregate in the dryer will be discharged into the atmosphere from the chimney after the bag filter treatment; unorganized emission means dust generated in forklift loading, transportation and vehicles operating at the job site without hardening, as well as dust arising from the working parts of the equipment due to bad sealing measures, especially at the end of the mixing production when emptying excess hot aggregate in the hot aggregate bin, the heavy dust pollution is out of imagination, far greater than the dust pollution caused by the normal production.
“Integrated emission standard of air pollutants” (GB16297-1996) stipulated the particulate matter unorganized emission standard: 1mg / m3 (the highest point of the concentration out of the perimeter). While most asphalt plants for financial considerations, did not take measures to control dust, resulting in the production of dust filled the scene, unorganized dust emission value is far higher than the national standard.
