Inspection before start-up of batching type hot mixing asphalt plant

 

A. Remove all wrappers, wrapping threads and belts, slipcover etc.

. Ensure that all guards are installed correctly.

. Check all transmission chains and belts of driving equipments, and ensure that all of them are tensioned and adjusted properly.

. Check and remove all limiting parts for transportation, and these parts are used to protect the facility against damage.

. Check all pneumatic linkers to decide if they are installed properly with air-cylinders and anti-arch components.

. Check all recommended lubrication grease to decide if they reach correct level, and please consult to the schedule mentioned above.

. All grease cups should be infused fully with the recommended grease.

. Check all tensile sensor to decide if they are installed and linked properly.

. Check asphalt-supplying system, and ensure all pipes are connected tightly without leak.

. All check-up and cleanliness doors should be installed firmly.

. The oil level of air compressor should reach the recommended position with special oil referring to the manual that offered by manufacturer.

. Check all bolts and assemblies for looseness after operating a period, and screw down again.

. Check the installation of burner for accordance with maintenance manual.

. Ensure all metering hoppers and sensors not touching and hanging to other parts.

. Ensure that all electric wires are installed firmly and reliably, for instance, not knotted, not chafed for insulating layer, and not installed in the positions easily knocked and broken by the moving parts.

. The inspection of baghouse refers to aftermentioned maintenance instruction.

Notice

Be sure to keep the operation temperature of baghouse above dewdrop, so as to avoid congealed phenomenon in the bags.
