Features of for asphalt batching equipment

1. Cold Aggregate Supply System

Provode continuous filling for base aggregate, hard-wearing conveying belt with rubber baffle against dropping or sliping off, variable speed by frequency control could make feeding more accuracy,for the oversized aggregate, it will be separated by the isolation fence, and the qualified material will be conveyed into drying drum by tilted belt conveyer.

2. Mixing Mainframe
Integrated vibrating, weihing and mixing in the whole part, for the sieving part, there are 4 decks with capacity 80t per hour, there is wide maintenance openning at both sides,  after screening, hot aggregate with different size will gather into 4 hot bins. Aggregate is stored in 4 hot bins with total capacity of 10Ton. Hot bins adopts arc type emptying door.  Both of aspahtl weighing bin and hot aggregate bin are covered by heat insulation by using rock-wool to reduce heat loss. Double horizontal type reducer maximizes mixing performance. Liner and blade  are made of high strength alloy steel for long service life.

3. Burning System
Oil Burner:
At position of aggegate drying and asphalt heating, the burner can use both diesel and masut as fuel. Oil circuit system is separated with the burner body, safe  and flexible. The max fuel-injection quantity of dryer burner is 750KG/h and airflow is adjustable and automatic.
 

4. Control System
There is heat overload protect breaker for safe and reliable protection, UPS also protect the system against low voltage for continous operation. the whole set control system is integrated in control room which is a separate moving unit on chassis. The equipment has two operation modes: inter-lock operation and single-section operation, which is convenient for equipment commissioning and production.
