The common method of trouble removal

. Computer and PLC do not communicate.

• Check the communication cable between computer and PLC for linkage error.
• Check the soldering tins on two heads of cable for shelling.
• Check the computer serial interface for damage.
• Check the TDPRO operating system for damage.
• Check the softdog for loose.
• Check the communication modules of PLC for loose or damage.
• Check the operation state of PLC to judge if it is ‘RUN’

. Fail to print producing data.

l Check the communication cable between computer and printer for linkage.

l Check the printer power for on or off.

l Check the computer for real time printing mode.

l Check the printer for papers.

. Fail to indicate the weight correctly:

• The weight display on computer and the revision of CB920 is not set correctly.
• The analog signals module of CB920 is damaged.
• The weighing sensor is damaged.
• The A/D module of PLC is damaged.
• The weighing sensor is overloaded.

. Periphery electromotor fail to work

• Air breaker Tripped.
• Overload-protection of hot relay in secondary circuit acts.
• Electromotor is damaged.
• Electromotor is overloaded.

. External actuator does not work

• Check PLC for the failure of sending instructions.
• Check the air breaker in secondary circuit for overload-protection.
• Check the relevant relay for damage.
• Check the air valve for damage.

. The transducer of finished product hoppers work abnormally

• The promotion load for trolley is too large.
• The deceleration time for trolley is too short, and the rebirth energy of electromotor is too great.
• The linkage of transducer brake unit becomes flexible or damaged.
• The linkage of transducer brake resistance becomes flexible or damaged.
• The voltage of V/F is too high.
