Mixing evenness: meet the quality requirement of any asphalt mixture project

 

1, Cold feeding system

Ground aggregate hopper adopts three-hopper-integral type, each bin has separation net for rough & waste materials, operation platform and material shortage alarm device, with two wall vibrators.

 

2, Drying drum

The dryer is made of heat-resisting and high-abrasive 20Gsteel plates. A variety of shapes of lifting plates (raising boards) in it are suitable for the transportation of different aggregate and create good heat exchanging burner flame area & discharging (blanking) area. Dryer body is covered with heat-proof layer outside with stainless steel plate; the foundation is made of “H” type heavy steel. Dryer body is driven by 4 groups of separate friction wheels and each group is equipped with separate speed reducer and motor.

 

3,  Dust collector

The dust collector is made of a secondary system, primary system is the dust separator(volute casing collector), and the secondary system is bag type filter, which is used for collecting dust during production. System includes cold blast door,draught fan, exhaust chimney and filler conveyor which are controlled by thermometer

 

4, Hot aggregate hoister

 

Hopper type hoister uses double rows of heavy chain to lift and shaft mounted reducer to drive. The reducer is equipped with brake motor to prevent hoister from rotating reversely, solving

the problem of jam from sudden power off or other causes. Chain spring tensioning devices are installed at both sides of hoister bottom; edge of elevating hopper adopts wear-resisting design, wearable liners are fixed in both feeding & discharging channel; working platform is installed on top of hoister for maintenance.
